He does have eyes under the hair! I promise! One of my friends wanted to see the Captain in a pair of glasses. I think they suit him wuite well... Seer is my favorite character to draw... even just her face alone can get me out of a funk Her info illustration without the veil A self portrait of me drinking beers with heron, belle and blaze because I was feeling lonely while working. Concept art

Art done while the characters were still being brought to life, though most look very similar to their original conception.

The first ever picture of chambers as a child, this was drawn long before this comic was even conceptualized. The contrast between the adult chambers being a childish asshole and the child chambers being a timid wallflower was always intresting to me. Gabriels early design had more of a widowspeak and round glasses, but he looked too similar to ... well Seer, Dot and ???'s first designs, out of all of them ??? changed most... (I completely changed her eyes!) The mysterious and cool captain... At first I wanted him to look a little more sickly but I thought a wider stature suited him well... however he is still quite sickly looking. What are jobs little boys think are cool? Captain, Cowboy and Astonaut of course! Neither of these 2 changed much from their initial art (Belle was even simply drawn directly into the comic with no prior practice...) Belles wife, she's human but likes to wear cow print to match her husbands new appearance Belles kids, while Dorothy has changed alot since I drew this, I still think these are still very close to what i wanted... ... ? Who is this guy? While Chambers was alive he had green eyes, however post-angelification they turned a striking cyan color Seers secondary outfit, since the other one is covered in ... Well... Shelly and Elena, Belle and Blazes wives respectively (Now named!)

I really wish I could explain what this thing is... It's become somewhat of an inside joke between me and my editor and test reader...
